By using "Did They Pay" (DTP) subscription-based software, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Access to Xero© Accounts:
DTP software enables you to log into your Xero© account and view account and invoice information. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Xero© login details.
Subscription-based Service:
DTP is a subscription-based service, and you agree to pay the subscription fee as per the plan you have subscribed to. The subscription fee is non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying it in a timely manner.
Intellectual Property Rights:
DTP software and its associated materials, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software code, are the property of DTP and its licensors. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from or through the DTP software.
Data Privacy:
DTP respects your privacy and takes the protection of your personal information seriously. By using DTP, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability:
DTP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the DTP software, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Termination:
DTP reserves the right to terminate your subscription and access to the software at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms and conditions.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of New Zealand in which DTP operates. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
By using the DTP software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the DTP software.
